Agreement
By using clearpathskin.com, taking the free quiz, or buying the $39 digital protocol, you agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site or buy the product.
Adults only (18+)
Clear Path is for people 18 or older. By using the site or buying, you confirm you are at least 18.
What Clear Path is — and isn’t
Clear Path is a digital educational guide (PDF and emails) about general skincare habits and routines. It is not:
- Medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
- A substitute for a dermatologist, licensed esthetician, or other qualified professional
- A promise that your skin will clear, improve, or reach any specific result
Results vary. Always patch test products, follow label directions, and seek professional care for medical concerns, severe acne, infections, or reactions.
Your license (personal use)
When you buy the protocol, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the PDF and related emails for your own private use. You may not:
- Share publicly, redistribute, resell, or upload the PDF or substantial excerpts
- Copy the content into other products or courses
- Remove branding or copyright notices
- Use the materials for commercial training without written permission
We keep all intellectual property rights in Clear Path content, branding, and site materials.
The free quiz
The quiz suggests a general starting profile for educational purposes. It is not a professional assessment. An optional note about Unblur Skin Studio appears only for people who indicate the Tucson area, always with an ownership disclosure, and is never required to use Clear Path.
Purchases and refunds
Price: $39 USD (the price shown at checkout applies). Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy: 14 days, based on your satisfaction with the guide itself, not skin results.
Acceptable use
Please don’t misuse the site — for example, large-scale scraping, attempting unauthorized access, harassment, fraud, or uploading malicious code.
Disclaimers
THE SITE AND DIGITAL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW — INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We don’t warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that content is complete, current, or suitable for your situation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Tyler Yahraes / Clear Path will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or digital products. Our total liability for any claim related to Clear Path will not exceed the amount you paid us for the product in the 12 months before the claim (or $39 if you paid nothing). Some places don’t allow certain limitations, so parts of this may not apply to you. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the product, violation of these terms, or redistribution of licensed materials.
Governing law

Changes
