The 14 days
One small lesson and one small action a day
Week 1 builds a steady base. Week 2 adds understanding — carefully, one change at a time.

- Day 1The 3-step base: cleanse, moisturize, sunscreen
- Day 2Cleansing well without stripping
- Day 3Moisturizer: why every skin type needs one
- Day 4Sunscreen habit: amount, reapplication, a formula you’ll wear
- Day 5Hands-off habits: picking, phone screens, pillowcases, hair products
- Day 6Lifestyle levers: sleep, stress, hydration (supportive context)
- Day 7Week 1 check-in: keep what felt good, pause what irritated
Week 2 · Build & personalize

- Day 9Choosing one optional “active” — or none
- Day 10Patch testing and one change at a time
- Day 11Exfoliation: less is more

- Day 14Your path forward: 30/60/90-day maintenance sketch
A peek inside
From Day 1
What success looks like on Day 1: Success is not clearer-looking skin overnight. Success is: you washed gently, moisturized, wore SPF, and did not pick. If that is all you did, Day 1 is complete.
Common Day 1 traps
- Adding a new serum “since I’m starting fresh”
- Scrubbing harder to feel like the cleanse “worked”
- Skipping SPF because you’re indoors
- Judging your whole face in harsh bathroom lighting for an hour
Built around your result
Same 14 days, tuned to your starting point
Each day notes a small tweak for your quiz profile.
Reset Builder
Base only in Week 1. Add nothing until the habit holds 5 out of 7 days.
Calm Seeker
Minimal products, fragrance-free focus, patch test everything, no new actives by default.
Breakout Balancer
Consistency first, careful product choices, one active at most — introduced slowly.
Mark Fader
Daily sunscreen is the priority, with hands-off habits close behind.
Glow Keeper
Keep the base solid and learn labels before adding anything new.

FAQ
Before you buy
Will Clear Path clear my acne?
We can’t promise that, and no honest program can. Clear Path is an educational routine system that helps you build consistent habits and understand your products. Many people find structure helps, but results vary. For persistent or painful acne, please see a dermatologist.
Do I need to buy new products?
Not necessarily. Day 0 starts with a shelf audit of what you already own. The guide suggests product types at different budget levels — you choose. There are no affiliate links in the guide.
How much time does it take?
About 10 minutes a day for 14 days, including your routine. Day 0 (the shelf audit) takes 20–30 minutes once.
What format is it?
A downloadable PDF guide with printable worksheets and trackers, plus 14 short daily emails. Works on phone, tablet, or computer.
Can I use it with my prescription?
If you’re under a provider’s care, check with them before changing your routine. Clear Path doesn’t replace or adjust prescription care.
What if it’s not for me?
Email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. The refund is about your satisfaction with the guide itself, not skin results. See the Refund Policy.
Is it a subscription?
No. It’s a one-time $39 payment.
Is this okay if I’m pregnant or nursing?
Some skincare ingredients aren’t recommended during pregnancy or nursing. Please check with your healthcare provider before starting any new routine.
