What this covers
This policy explains how Clear Path handles information when you visit clearpathskin.com, take the free quiz, join our email list, or buy the $39 digital protocol. Clear Path is an educational digital product. It is not medical care, diagnosis, or treatment.
What we collect

We don’t ask for health records, medications, or photos. The location question is used only to decide whether to show an optional note about Unblur Skin Studio, and it stays in your browser.
Fonts on this site are hosted on our own server, so loading a page doesn’t send your information to a font provider.
Why we use it
- To show your quiz result and deliver the guide you bought
- To send emails you opted into (tips, protocol emails, product updates) — unsubscribe anytime
- To process payments and fulfill orders
- To answer support and refund requests
- To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used and improve it
Email consent
We only send marketing or tip emails if you opt in — the consent box is never pre-checked. Transactional messages (receipts, download links, refund replies) may be sent as needed. You can unsubscribe using the link in any email or by contacting [SUPPORT EMAIL PLACEHOLDER].

We don’t sell your data
We do not sell personal information, and we don’t share quiz answers or email addresses for third-party advertising. Limited sharing happens only with the providers above, to comply with the law, or to protect rights and safety.
About Unblur: Tyler Yahraes also owns Unblur Skin Studio in Tucson. A disclosed, optional note may appear for people who tell the quiz they’re in the Tucson area. That does not mean quiz, email, or purchase data is shared with or sold to Unblur.
Retention
